Massage Therapy for Common Ailments
Tight muscles
When we exercise, our muscles build up lactic acid and get tired. Massage will help to get rid of the lactic, and rejuvenate the muscles.
Sciatica
Several clients have had nerve pains going from their back and down their leg. Massage helps relax the muscles around the area, increase range of motion and reduce the pain caused.
Posture related issues
A lot of jobs are at a desk nowadays. Our bodies will get used to being hunched over and this can cause back pain. Massage will help alleviate that pain.

About Me
I'm a mobile level 4 sports massage therapist with a passion for helping athletes of all levels achieve their goals. I started my journey as a maths graduate at the University of Sheffield in 2009, but after a series of unfulfilling jobs, I decided to make a change. I enrolled in a level 3 sports massage diploma in 2021 and quickly fell in love with the profession. I qualified in June of that year and couldn't wait to start my level 4 course.
While waiting for the level 4 course to start, I took online courses in K taping, cupping, kinesiology and reflexology to expand my knowledge and skillset. I began my level 4 studies in September 2021 and qualified in January 2022. In October 2022, I went full-time as a mobile sports massage therapist, while also providing maternity cover at Morpeth Chiropractic.
I'm a dedicated marathon runner and recently ran my 6th marathon in Berlin on 24th September 2023. I'm also a member of Low Fell Running Club.

Personally, I am normally on the table myself once a fortnight but this will vary depending on how active you are and your own circumstances. I'd usually recommend at least once a month.
I travel to wherever I'm needed throughout Tyne and Wear and beyond, including Washington, Crawcrook, Gosforth and Low Fell, where I am based.
